    We stock Naturally mined and Lab Grown melee. We also can provide both Naturally Mined and Lab Grown center stone options based on orders.

  • Recycled Gold

    Gianni Deloro primarily uses recycled and re-refined gold in our fine jewelry. Our precious metals are high quality and responsibly sourced

  • CNC Metal Mold

    CNC machined metal molds, plastic injected resin can be made for mass production / high precision manufacturing of jewelry pieces.

    Staff with 20+ years of experience in Buffing, Lapa, string polish, bench polish, for our various precious metals we manufacture.

Our Wholesale Process

#1. Receive and Process Order

We strive to make the ordering process as simple and efficient as possible. Once an order is placed, it is received and processed by our dedicated team. Our team will review the order for accuracy and completeness, and will contact you if any additional information is needed. We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times, and we will keep you informed of the status of your order throughout the entire process. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience and we are here to assist you every step of the way.

#2. CAD Building and 3D Wax Creation

CAD building technology allows us to create highly detailed and precise jewelry designs. Our team of experienced professionals use advanced 3D modeling software to build and design your custom piece, ensuring that it meets your exact specifications. We then use our 3D printing machines to bring your design to life, with the ability to print in a variety of materials. The final product is checked for accuracy and quality before casting. This process allows us to bring your unique vision to reality with speed and precision.

#3. Casting and Cleaning/Pre-polish

After casting, the piece is removed from the mold and brought to the bench for fabrication, where our skilled bench jewelers use saws, files, hammers, pliers, and other tools to shape and refine the piece to the customer's specifications. Once the piece is complete, it is thoroughly inspected to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. We then give the metal a pre-polish to soften the edges and smoothen the surface.

#4. Laser Engraving and Stone Setting

After we have pre polished the piece and cleaned, we then start to carefully set the gemstones in the piece using precision tools and a microscopes. We ensure that they are secure and perfectly aligned to enhance the beauty of the piece. After the stones are set, the piece goes through our laser engraving process. Using laser technology, we engrave any desired text or design onto the piece with precision and accuracy. This insures the upmost luxury and quality.

#4. Final Polish and Quality Control

After the piece is completed, it goes through a final polishing step, where our skilled polishers use various compounds and techniques to give the piece a high luster. Once the piece is polished, it undergoes an extensive quality check process, typically Zaven thoroughly inspect the piece to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This includes checking for any defects, ensuring that all the settings are secure, and that the piece is consistent with the original design.
